Budapest, Hungary

Budapest is known to have bath houses from the 13th century, so we took the medicinal healing waters for 3 days in a row. We feel fantastic! Walking around this town there are beautiful buildings everywhere you turn. The chain bridge buit in 1849 had a public art event that we took part in. They passed out 4000 umbrellas and we stood on the bridge while a helicopter flew over and took pictures. Silly, but fun. On Sat. night we danced at Jam Bar to funk/soul music and then a dj spinning. It took us 2 hours by bus to get home. On Sunday we relaxed at the spa. On Monday we went to Memento Park that has statues from the comunist era, hiked in the Buda hills looking at mansions like you find inn Beverly Hills, and then ended at another spa... Gellert Baths.
