Oh my goodness, Austria is the most gorgeous country and Vienna is kind of like a mini-Paris. Vineyards, sunflower fields, cute houses, very clean, etc. We arrived at Stephansplartz from the metro and were amazed at the gothic style church and the colorful patterned tile roof. We walked around and had a picnic lunch with a nice chardonnay that tasted like a pinot gris. Beethoven, Mozart, and Freud all were from Austria, who knew? Our day ended at a wurstel stand (yes, an old fashioned weiner).
