Julian, Paul's friend fromUCSD, came to visit and we toured the city on the red Hop On-Hop Off Bus and went dancing downtown. On Friday we went lawn bowling at a private club and Eileen won! Lion's Head is in the background of that photo and we hiked that last week. Great views of the city from up there! We celebrated Eileen's win with a sundowner in Camps Bay where a street performer walked on a tight-rope strung between 2 palm trees... amazing! (see below)
We spent some time at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront (near Green Point where Julian was staying) and went on a catamaran harbor cruise too. The Kingklip is the best fish here and it just melts in your mouth. The calamari is best in Hout Bay.
