Eileen rides an ostrich (see above) and what a thrilling experience! We visited the Safari Ostrich Show Farm and learn that ostriches have been on the earth for 7 million years and Oudtsdoorn is the world's foremost supplier of ostrich products. Ladies, the ostrich purses are awesome! Check out Paul below standing with both feet on top of an ostrich egg and it doesn't break... fascinating I know.
