There are castles in the Mediterranean that appear to be floating in the sea. Eileen is happy to finally be in a quiet beach town with lots of sunshine. We have been chilling and reading books and relaxing and doing no sightseeing in 3 days... it feels like vacation. Everyone here knows us by first name now and are super friendly. Ancient ruins line this limestone coast as we head west. Maybe tomorrow we will start exploring in Apostle Paul's footsteps since he was born not far from here.

Hey there! Looks like you are having fun. The castle floating in the distance reminds me of The Mists of Avalon- one of my favorite books. Thinking of you and like seeing your smiling face. Miss you at Dana. You must have heard about the fires. Thank God we live near the beach. I escaped to Florida. Schools and work closed for the week!!! Love, Lynn K.
Hi guys! It looks like you're still having fun! Just wanted to let you know that all of the wine club girls are safe from the fires. Jacquie had to evacuate but was able to go back after a few days. Kelly and I volunteered at Fiesta Island and Qualcomm with the evacuees on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was great to see how much help and love was poured out by our fellow San Diegans to help the fire victims. It made me feel proud of San Diego, our awesome city! On another note, we are trying to schedule a wine tasting day but sad you will be unable to join us. When we go, we'll definitely have a few glasses for you! Stay safe and we miss you!!!
