We are loving Cape Town and "it's just stunning" (as they would say here). Being the party planners that we are, Paul and I organized a Thanksgiving dinner at our San Diego friend, Jo Wade's house and 10 people came. Searching for pumpkin pie was impossible and when you asked someone they looked at you like you were crazy. No pumpkin pie, but we had pecan instead. Paul cooked his first turkey ever and it was pretty good. We missed Mom's gravy though. Take care over the holidays. Below are some photos of downtown Cape Town.
