Thai Kickboxing in Bangkok

Just loving being in Thailand and enjoying everything, we stayed in Bangkok a week! We saw the best ever Thai kickboxing matches at Rachamadan in Bangkok with Hekio, a German college student we met on the plane. There were 3 knockouts, a good thai vs. thai fight in round 6, and an active ultimate fighter-type vs. thai boxer in round 7. Shopping at the Chatuchat weekend market was a blast and we updated our wardrobes for Thai fashion, which is very different from India where you have to be covered from head-to-toe.
Trish Neubrand, our friend's Mom and art teacher at the International School in Bangkok, hosted us for 3 days. We got a tour of this is the super eco-friendly school that is competitive academically too. At her complex, we hung out at the pool, ran around the lake, played golf, and got spa treatments. The best reflexology massage ever is at Bamboo Spa (pictured below left)! Trish took the day off and we went to the National Art Museum too (pictured below right), which was fantstic! Thanks Trish for a very relaxing time and good conversations about world travel!
